Because each 111 Life piece is made to order, we encourage you to review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your return status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
