Present, Aligned, Whole: A Reflection on Presence
Share
Awareness is practiced through noticing rather than reaction.
Coming back to now.
I am here.
I am whole.
I move with intention, guided by what feels true rather than forced.
Today, I stay with what is real.
I listen beneath the surface of things.
I allow love to lead without effort.
I notice what weighs on me and let it loosen.
I allow the past to rest where it belongs.
I meet what is in front of me with presence and clarity.
Nothing is missing.
Nothing is separate.
I move as one with this moment, with what surrounds me, with myself.
This is enough.
This is now.
This is me, aligned and embodied.
Presence is not something gained.
It is what remains when the mind is no longer pulling away.
